How we write and check guides

• Every guide cites primary sources: FDA communications, drug labels, or peer-reviewed trials.
• Every page passes an automated check that blocks claims the FDA has flagged in GLP-1 marketing, such as calling compounded drugs "generic".
• Calculator math is shown on the page so you can verify it yourself.
• Guides show a "last reviewed" date and are re-checked when regulations or labels change.
• We are not doctors or pharmacists. Nothing here replaces advice from your prescriber.

How we make money

Some pages link to licensed telehealth providers. If you sign up through those links we may earn a referral fee. Providers do not pay for placement in our calculators or guides, and a referral fee never changes our dosing math. See our disclosure.
